WHAT FORMATS DO YOU OFFER?

All of our products are presented as 24-bit WAV files, with corresponding midi files (where available) for melodic and bass loops. In case of any confusion, the bullet points below the description on each product page give a clear list of exactly what’s included in a specific product, including how large the ZIP file is when unzipped. 

HOW MANY TIMES CAN I DOWNLOAD MY PURCHASES?

You have 3 chances within a 48 hour time period to download any purchase. If you require more time then please contact us and we will be able to extend the download links. 

WHAT EXACTLY AM I PURCHASING?

Put simply – you are purchasing a license to exploit the sounds commercially and use them in your music. It’s important to remember that the content you purchase is licensed, not sold, to you by NITELIFE Audio. This means that you do not OWN the sounds, rather you are purchasing a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use them within a musical composition, piece of library music or similar. You may not use the sounds to create other sample products. This is explained in greater detail on our License page. 

CAN ANYBODY ELSE USE THE SOUNDS I HAVE PURCHASED?

No, unless they have also purchased the same product from this website or one of our partners. Only the original purchaser of the product has the right to use the sounds commercially. This means that you cannot sell or give the sounds to anyone else. If you do, and they use the sounds within a commercial release, they will have to pay royalties to NITELIFE Audio.

WHAT ABOUT THE FREE SAMPLES – DO I NEED A LICENSE FOR THOSE?

We provide many free taster packs on our website so that you can make an informed decision before buying a full product. The free samples can be used as if they were purchased samples in accordance with the terms of our full License. All we ask is that if you make use of the free sounds that you consider purchasing the full download, so that we can continue to bring you great products at a fair price.

WHAT PAYMENT OPTIONS DO YOU OFFER?

We offer secure payment processing via Stripe for all credit and debit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express). We also accept PayPal, the world’s leading online payment provider.

ARE THE SITE AND PAYMENTS SECURE?

Yes, absolutely. We understand that purchasing our products and services online involves a lot of trust on your part. We take your trust seriously, and we make the security and confidentiality of your information our highest priority, which is why we use industry-standard 128 bit SSL encryption to protect your personal data. Both Stripe and PayPal offer secure payment processing which means NITELIFE Audio is never in possession of your card details.

WHAT’S YOUR REFUND POLICY?

Please take your time and be sure to make informed purchases. We provide a demo song as well as a free taster pack, and great care is taken to ensure each product is clearly labeled with what it contains, what software it requires, and any other limitations/specifications, if applicable. If you are in any doubt or have further questions, please email us before purchasing. 

We can only offer you a refund in the event that one or more of the following criteria are met: 

  • Your bank / Paypal account was fraudulently charged. Or,
  • You provide a reasonable explanation as to why a refund should be made and the ZIP file/s have not been downloaded.

We cannot refund any customer who has downloaded the product ZIP file. Due to special pricing policies applied to bundled products (they are priced below the regular list price) we do not refund any bundled products. Please check the products you already own to make sure you do not buy any duplicates.
