About NITELIFE Audio

NITELIFE Audio are in the business of selling downloadable products in the form of digital audio recordings, music production software, audio samples and other related materials, for use by, but not limited to, musicians, music producers, composers, film editors and web designers.

License Agreement

All products from NITELIFE Audio are sold as ‘royalty free,’ which means that they are licensed, not sold to you, by NITELIFE Audio. By making payment for a product you are granted the right to incorporate them in a music production, film, TV program, website or other media production, without paying any additional royalties, license fees, or any other fees to NITELIFE Audio or any third parties.

This (non-exclusive) license is granted for a single-user only on a global basis for the full copyright protection period. The license is non-transferable. The Licensee MAY modify the Sounds and MAY use the Sounds for commercial purposes as part of a musical composition with other sounds. To clarify, a ‘musical composition’ may also include library music, synchronised film and video scores, multimedia productions and music or sound design created for the gaming industry. The Licensee MAY NOT use the Sounds in isolation as sound effects or as loops (i.e. a sequence of musical events) or as part of any competitive products that are sold or relicensed to multiple third parties.

Usage and Copyright

Copying, re-selling, leasing, duplicating or distribution in any form of the products for sale, other than outlined here is strictly prohibited. This extends, but is not limited, to file sharing websites, web forums, computer networks and file hosting websites. Products cannot be distributed in their original format or sold in a manner that would be considered competitive with the nature of NITELIFE Audio’s business.

Disclaimer and Waiver

NITELIFE Audio will be held harmless against any losses, judgments, claims, legal fees or court costs that may arise out of a breach of these terms and conditions. By entering this agreement you agree not to sue or recover any damages from NITELIFE Audio and any affiliated companies or people as a result of its decision to terminate or suspend this agreement.

Using this website and/or downloading our products constitutes your agreement of these terms.
