Vintage Sampler Drums: Free Edition

This Free Edition features 60 sounds taken from the full pack of the same name. ‘Vintage Sampler Drums’ is an expansive offering of over 1000 authentic, track-ready drum hits plus an additional 130+ loops, inspired by the crunch, grit, and 12-bit character of vintage samplers, classic grooveboxes, and retro sequencers.

We began by sampling raw sounds from a range of digital and analog sound sources including drum machines, effects units, classic rackmount hardware and tone generators,  plus our extensive stash of recorded foley. We then processed the resulting audio through all manner of devices, including an MPC, an Akai S3000, assorted guitar pedals and even a German cassette deck, as well as employing our trademark layering and advanced sound-sculpting/re-sampling techniques.

This free download contains 60 taster sounds taken from the full paid collection. These can be used as if they were purchased sounds, in line with our standard license agreement which you can find here.
